NEW, NON-VINTAGE, NON-SALE, unworn items can be returned for refund only when received within 14 days of purchase.

Terms and Conditions.

• LOVE VINTAGE is not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
• We will include the cost of the return for faulty goods in the refund once provided with evidence of the receipt for postage.
• If a return item is misplaced in the post, we are happy to help locate them provided tracking information is provided.
• We can only refund an item once we have received it and not before.
• Refunds must be returned via the method of original payment.
• Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
• You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
• Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
• Shipping charges on non-faulty items are non-refundable.

PLEASE NOTE : All return items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.
