Refund Policy
Vintage items are non-refundable.
Vintage items can be exchanged for another piece of the same value when received within 14 days of purchase and agreed with us via email.
Due to the nature of vintage items, we regret that we can only refund vintage items if it has been agreed with us via email that you may return if there is damage that was not made clear at the time of purchase, mutually agreed by LOVE VINTAGE that it could not have occurred while in the ownership of the purchaser. We hope you understand the need for this and please note we are always as reasonable as possible.
Please email us with any queries you may have about our vintage items before you make a purchase, we are happy to take additional measurements and pictures of any items you may be interested in purchasing.
SALE or DISCOUNTED ITEMS are non-returnable, which means no refund or exchange unless faulty.
NON-VINTAGE, NON-SALE, unworn items can be returned for refund only when received within 14 days of purchase, these items are stated as “NEW” on the product page, all other items including reworked vintage pieces are VINTAGE.
Terms and Conditions.
- -LOVE VINTAGE is not responsible for the return costs except in the case where you are returning an item as faulty.
- -We will include the cost of the return for faulty goods in the refund once provided with evidence of the receipt for postage.
- -If a return item is misplaced in the post, we are happy to help locate them provided tracking information is provided.
- -We can only refund an item once we have received it and not before.
- -Refunds must be returned via the method of original payment.
- -Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
- -You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed.
- -Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
- -Shipping charges on non-faulty items are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE : All return items must be UNWORN, UNWASHED with tags in place. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable, will be denied. In this case, we will also not be responsible for the cost of returning it to the customer.
